Our ballet classes provide a comprehensive foundation in classical ballet technique, developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and musicality. Through barre work, center floor exercises, and across-the-floor combinations, students will learn proper alignment, posture, and the fundamental movements of ballet. We offer ballet classes from age 3 up to Adult. We study the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and the British Ballet Organisation (BBO) Syllabi.

Our jazz dance classes are a dynamic and exciting exploration of this vibrant and ever-evolving dance form. Combining elements of ballet, modern, and hip hop, jazz dance encourages individual expression, musicality, and powerful movement. Classes will include warm-up, across-the-floor progressions, and learning exciting jazz combinations. Our Jazz classes start from age 5 up to adult. We offer the NZAMD syllabus for all levels and also run stretch and conditioning classes for junior and senior students.

Our tap dance classes offer a fun and energetic way to explore this unique and percussive dance form. Students will learn the fundamentals of tap technique, including basic steps, rhythms, and combinations. We'll focus on developing clear sounds, musicality, and coordination while building a strong foundation in tap vocabulary. Tap classes start from age 5 up to adult. We offer a beginner class for those new to tap and work on the NZAMD syllabus. We also run a Broadway tap class, this is for senior students that wish to try tap and work on a different style. New tappers are welcome to this class.

Our contemporary dance classes offer a dynamic and expressive exploration of movement. Drawing from various styles like modern, jazz, and lyrical, contemporary dance emphasizes fluidity, floor work, improvisation, and personal interpretation. Contemporary classes start from age 9 or those that have worked up to Grade 4 Ballet. Following the NZAMD syllabus, this class works on strong contemporary dance technique as well as the awareness and anatomy of the body.

Ballet - Our Pre-School Ballet class is a magical introduction to the world of dance for our youngest ballerinas and danseurs. Through imaginative play, creative movement, and basic ballet steps, this class fosters a love of dance while developing important skills. Acro - Our Pre-School Acrobatic classes introduce young children to the exciting world of acrobatics in a safe, playful, and engaging environment. Through age-appropriate exercises and fun activities, they'll develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness while building a foundation for future acrobatic skills.

Our musical theatre classes are a triple-threat experience, combining singing, acting, and dancing to bring stories to life. Students will develop their performance skills, stage presence, and confidence while exploring beloved Broadway tunes and learning choreography inspired by popular musicals.

Our Acrobatic classes are designed to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and acrobatic skills in a safe and progressive manner. Students will learn a variety of acrobatic techniques, including tumbling, partnering, and balancing, while building confidence and body awareness. Acrobatics for dancers! We follow the amazing Acrobatic Arts syllabus, this class teaches dancers skills and tricks that can be performed on an unsprung floor. All students need to be graded by one of our qualified acrobatic Arts teachers before they can be put into a class.

PBT is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program that has been designed to enhance students' technique in all forms of dance by focussing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise. We offer Junior, intermediate and senior levels of PBT
